The 3rd World Rowing Virtual Coaches Conference will take place from Friday 3 until Tuesday 7 March 2023. The conference will be a mixture of webinars and Zoom sessions where participants can interact and ask questions of the speakers.
The introduction session will be led by Paul Thompson, who coached gold medal winning crews in Australia, Great Britain, and China. He is now back in Australia as the Performance Director and as he reflects on his success, he will talk about the common themes which have enabled him to establish medal winning programmes.
