Cyprus Coastal Level 1 Course

The course covers fundamental rowing and coaching principles, including rowing techniques,
skill development and safety assessments with a particular emphasis on Coastal Rowing,
specifically the Beach Sprint discipline.
It provides guidance on setting up a Beach Sprint venue
and organising a coastal competition while also addressing the creation of a fair and systematic
selection process.
