Togo Classic and Coastal L1 Course and NTO training

Togolese trainees will go through the Classic and Coastal Level 1 development coach awards. These are competency based awards where coaches are required to plan deliver and evaluate individual coaching sessions for both classic and coastal Rowing disciplines, to teach or improve Rowing. Trainee coaches will have the opportunity to demonstrate safety, athlete welfare, planning, boats, rigging, technique and basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The course will finish with experiential learning with the logistics and organisation of a small beach sprint regatta.

In Parallel Togolese trainee umpires will participate in a National technical Official Training Course
