The conference featured expert-led sessions on key aspects of beach sprint rowing:
- Fayçal Soula: Optimizing preparation for beach sprint rowing competitions.
- Chokri Ben Miled: Designing effective training programs for beach sprint rowing.
- Sahbi Khardeni: Athlete selection protocol, evaluation, monitoring, profiling, and ranking of sprint rowers.
- Aymen Mejri: Strategies for success in beach sprint rowing.

In addition to theoretical insights, national coaches participated in practical sessions on adjusting Single and Double Sculls to enhance performance. A vital component of the conference was an anti-doping education session delivered by an expert from the National Anti-Doping Agency, reinforcing TRF’s commitment to clean sport.

With the rapid rise of beach sprint rowing on the global stage, TRF continues to empower its coaches with the latest knowledge and techniques. This conference marks a significant step in Tunisia’s preparation for international success in this dynamic discipline.
