In May 2024, World Rowing hosted the first annual webinar targeting Coach Educators. 28 Coach Educators took part in one of two 1.5 hrs sessions prepared for participants from all continents and diverse time zones.
World Rowing Coach Development Programme
Further to developing a comprehensive Coach Development Programme (CDP) Syllabus and scheme of work for Level 1, World Rowing is committed to progress with a final version of the new L2 Coaching course syllabus and continue to support an excellent Coach Developer workforce.
The strength of the WR Development Programme lies on the ability to deliver quality Coach Education and continuous development opportunities are key to help develop our international network of Coach Developers and enhance their knowledge and skills.
A second WR Webinar targeting Coach Educators is scheduled for 5 November 2024.
