World Rowing invites applications for the Women in Sport High Performance Pathway (WISH) Programme – Cohort 5 (2025).
The WISH Programme, funded by Olympic Solidarity (OS), a department of the IOC, aims to increase the number of women high-performance coaches at major events: this is a unique opportunity for elite coaches to enhance their skills and become more effective within their organisations.
We invite each National Federation (NF) to to nominate suitable candidates – a maximum of one (1) per country – to take part in the WISH Programme. World Rowing will conduct a selection process and support the participation of two elite coaches for Cohort 5 2025. This support includes funding to cover coaches’ travel to the UK and accommodation throughout the residential week 28 July – 1 August 2025.
NFs wishing to self fund candidates (i.e. cover coaches’ travel to the UK, accommodation throughout the residential week, provide sport specific opportunities and programme mentoring) should mention this intention in the nomination process.
